It’s an honor to be able to portray stories of heroes like Marcus Hayward — a U.S. Army veteran, Purple Heart Recipient & adaptive athlete within the CrossFit community. Marcus served as both a military police officer and a specialized search dog handler in both Iraq and Afghanistan. “Resilience” is a mini-documentary that tells the story of how Marcus became adaptive. I am continually inspired by how Marcus overcomes everything life has thrown at him with unbreakable optimism, character & humor.
There’s just something so satisfying in watching beauty tutorials. I was SO happy to take a short trip to the beautiful IGK Salon in Miami, FL to shoot the "Pinned Up" tutorial -- featuring IGK's amazing line of hair products.
LiveFit Apparel is one of the most distinguished brands in the fitness community. Its inception began from the trunk of CEO & Founder Randall Pich’s car. The lifestyle x performance brand expanded its roots from Long Beach, CA and is now worn internationally by hundreds and thousands of people. Surprisingly, I told myself at a FitExpo years ago that I truly wanted to film LiveFit. They had the second largest booth at the Expo and I waited an hour to just buy a couple shirts. I am so dang grateful for the opportunity to have shot this amazing company.
Christian is the definition of SELF-MADE. He is a bodybuilder on top of coaching and mentoring others in both strength training and the art of posing. He coaches the best in the industry and is one of the most passionate people I've ever met. I've had the honor of learning so much from him as well as creating this video for him.

Tom Hanks? Close! But no score. I shot the Pizza Drip collection by PSD Underwear on Jason Carroll (aka the CrossFit Tom Hanks). Note: it's really fun to expense pizza for a shoot. 10/10 would recommend.
